Q. What size are the greeting cards?
A. 140 x 140mm

Q. I have loaded my photos into the “Pictures” column and some are not the right way up!  How do I rotate them?
A. Simply Right Click on the relevant photo in the “Pictures” Column and rotate to suit.

Q. What is the minimum number of pictures I can have in my photobook?
A. If you only have 12 pictures to use for example, you can have some pages with just a background and text.

Q. What is the maximum number of pictures I can have in my photobook?
A. Using the choice of templates, the maximum is 90 including the cover pictures but, this can be increased by using the "add picture box" facility so that, in theory, you can have almost as many as you like !
If you have a lot of pictures and would prefer not to drag and drop each one you can use the "AUTOFLOW" button that, if used, will populate all pages at once (REMEMBER TO CHECK THAT YOUR PICTURES ARE THE RIGHT WAY UP in the “Pictures”column) and will automatically change page templates to suit the number of pictures you have. After this, you can still manually edit any picture that you want.

Q. Do I have to use the page templates supplied?
A. No. You can move/resize the pictures within any of the supplied templates or simply start with a blank page and add picture boxes/backgrounds/with or without text. You can also rotate any picture box by clicking on the box and using the GREEN button in the top left hand corner.

Q. How long does it take for my greeting cards to be delivered?
A. We aim to deliver via royal mail within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Q. How long does it take for my photobooks to be delivered?
A. We aim to deliver via royal mail within 7 working days from receipt of order.
